Who we are

What we collect
- Information you submit in our forms: name, work email, company website, category, market and any message.
- Campaign information attached to your visit (for example utm parameters or a Google click identifier) so we know which page or advert brought you.
- If you accept cookies: analytics and advertising measurement data from Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare an audit or proposal, and measure which of our pages and campaigns work. Our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who processes it
Our form processor (FormSubmit), our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. EU and UK residents may also complain to their data-protection authority.
Cookies
We set no advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept them in our cookie banner. Declining does not limit your use of the site.
