From invisible to named: how a BeautyGEO programme runs
Every programme starts from a fixed set of buyer prompts and ends every month with the same prompts re-run. Everything in between is designed to change what the AI engines find when they look you up.
The six steps
Baseline
We fix 30 real buyer prompts for your category and record what six AI engines answer today — who is named, in what order, citing which pages.
Entity
We make the facts about your company unambiguous: legal name, factory, certifications, MOQ, capacity, markets — the same everywhere.
Evidence
Specs, audits and certificates move out of PDFs and images into structured, verifiable web pages with schema markup.
Answers
We publish the pages buyers' prompts actually need: category pages, comparison and sourcing guides, FAQs — in English, answer-first.
Sources
We build the third-party trail AI engines cross-check: directories, industry listings, LinkedIn, trade media.
Re-test
Every month the same prompts are re-run. You see the answers, not just a score — and what we change next.
Timeline
| When | What happens | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1–2 | Prompt set agreed; baseline run on six engines; document collection | Baseline report with raw answers |
| Month 1 | Company-facts page, schema, crawler access, evidence pages | Entity foundation live |
| Months 2–3 | Category pages and buyer guides; first third-party listings | 4 new answer-first pages per month |
| Month 3+ | Monthly content, source building, re-test and adjustment | Monthly report and next actions |
How results are reported
Three layers, every month
- Visibility — in how many of the fixed prompts you are named, per engine, and in what position.
- Sources — which of your pages and which third-party pages the engines cite.
- Business — AI-referred visits (from analytics) and inquiries that mention an AI source.
What we never do
- Report a single opaque "AI score" without the answers behind it
- Change the prompt set to make numbers look better
- Publish claims you have not approved
- Buy mentions, fake reviews or undisclosed paid placements
What we need from you
- Certificates and audit reports (ISO 22716, GMPC, FDA registration, BSCI, customer audits — whatever is real)
- MOQ, lead time and sampling time per product line
- Capacity, equipment list and cleanroom class where relevant
- Markets served and compliance documentation by market (MoCRA, CPNP, UKCA, NMPA)
- Product specifications and approved claims
- A named contact who can approve content
